Navigating the Aspirational City

Lorin Yochim, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education at Concordia University of Edmonton, will be coming to Cold Lake South Branch Library on Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 pm to talk about his latest book on China, Navigating the Inspirational City. There is no cost to attend this event, and no registration is necessary.

Canada: Day 1 Exhibit

The Canada Day 1 Exhibit will be at the South Branch library for the month of April and May. This exhibit explores the multifaceted experiences of newcomers, from their first day of arrival in Canada, to how Canada became their home, spanning from Confederation in 1867 to the present day. There are four sections to visit.
